HELI Forklift is seeking an experienced Trainer - Technical Support to lead technical training initiatives and provide advanced support within the forklift equipment space. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in automotive mechanics, agricultural machinery, electromechanics, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience as a trainer and/or mechanic in the forklift industry.
• Proven experience delivering technical training.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to groups.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess dealer training needs and technical requirements.
• Plan and deliver technical training sessions, both theoretical and hands‑on.
• Develop, update, and improve training materials including presentations, guides, documentation, and videos.
• Track and maintain training participation, performance, and follow‑up documentation.
• Provide advanced technical support for complex equipment issues, including diagnostics and field support when required.
• Support quality control activities including inspection, testing, validation, and compliance of forklifts.
• Participate in ongoing technical and instructional training to stay current.
• Assist operations during peak periods as needed.
