The Opportunity
As the first point of contact for our municipal government clients, you will leverage your technical expertise in the Microsoft environment and your knowledge of municipal tax systems, payroll, accounting, and general business to assist clients with their daily operations using our software. Reporting to the Director of Software Support, you’ll diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide training, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client success. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to maintain training content, escalate complex issues when necessary, and offer insights to improve our tools and services.
