They are looking for a Technical Support Manager to oversee their warranty and technical support workflows as well as a team of six direct reports. They are most interested in someone that has experience in the commercial HVAC space and has a natural sense of urgency to help your customers.What You'll Do- Manage warranty and technical support flows
- Handle field training, warranty, and delivery issues that require coordination between field and factory
- Support drive for increased growth while sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction
