Technical Support Engineer, Trilogy (Remote) - $60,000 / year USD

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex tickets escalated by AI systems, apply human expertise to resolve issues where AI falls short, and improve AI systems.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Taking two months to get up to speed; ramping up on several products within the first month.
• Relying heavily on managers for help; self-unblocking skills are essential.

Basic Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in technical customer support or engineering.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, long-term position, immediately available, with compensation of $30 / hour, paid weekly. The role requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The stated salary is based on 40 hours / week for 50 weeks / year.
