Intiveo is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for their Vancouver location. In this role, you will address technical issues, collaborate with developers, and contribute to effective solutions, ensuring smooth operations within a fast-paced environment. A passion for technology and strong problem-solving skills are essential as you engage with a dedicated team focused on improving patient care.
We are growing and are in search of a Technical Support Engineer to think critically and solve problems. Reporting to our Engineering Manager, you will work closely with team leads to ensure we continue growing with as little technical friction as possible. You will work alongside talented developers, product managers, and Tech Ops / Tech Support engineers to execute systematic solutions on a daily basis.
