A high-growth technology services firm in Toronto is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support and maintain IT services. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring availability and performance of production and non-production environments. Ideal candidates will have experience with Active Directory, networking, and troubleshooting, and must have a degree in IT or related fields. About the Role :
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be a master problem solver and customer first focused technologist. We will provide a deep and broad knowledge of the company’s eco-system, you will monitor, manage, and support all Production and Non-Production environments, while ensuring 24 / 7 product availability. This is a full-time (in-person) role at our Toronto, ON HQ with occasional requirement to be on site at clients location (approx. 25%).
