What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
  2. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  4. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones and tablets
  5. Deliver exceptional customer experiences while problem-solving

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 1+ year of customer service experience
  2. Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
  3. High school diploma or GED
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and computer navigation skills
  5. A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from at home

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Technical support experience
  2. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
  3. Eagerness to learn new technologies
  4. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  5. Strong focus on building customer relationships
