What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support using a structured call flow guide
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track and document customer interactions in databases
- Maintain a broad knowledge of client products, including smartphones and tablets
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- A quiet, distraction-free home environment and reliable high-speed internet
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical support experience is preferred
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Experience in building customer relationships
