What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
  2. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  4. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, and computers
  5. Deliver exceptional customer experiences while offering additional products and/or services

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Strong focus on building customer relationships
  2. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  3. Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
  4. A high school diploma or GED
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Technical support experience preferred
  2. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
  3. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  4. Eagerness to learn new technologies
  5. A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
