What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
2. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
4. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, such as smartphones and computers
5. Deliver exceptional customer experiences while offering additional products and services

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
2. Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
3. High school diploma or GED
4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to ask probing questions
5. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Technical support experience preferred
2. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
3. A desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing
4. Eagerness to learn new technologies
5. Ability to maintain a quiet, distraction-free work environment
