What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
2. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
4. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones and tablets
5. Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a friendly demeanor

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
2. Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
3. High school diploma or GED
4. Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies
5. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
