What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
2. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
4. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, and computers
5. Deliver exceptional customer experiences and offer additional products and services

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
2. High school diploma or GED
3. Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to ask probing questions to resolve issues
5. Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from at home
