What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
2. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
4. Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer experience
5. Maintain broad knowledge of client products, such as smartphones, tablets, and computers

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 1+ year of customer service experience
2. Must be able to work an evening or overnight schedule
3. High school diploma or GED
4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
5. Proficiency in computer navigation skills and knowledge of PCs
