Job Title: Technical Support / Customer Service Representative - Remote (Night Shift)

Job Description

The Technical Support / Customer Service Representative - Remote (Night Shift) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolves routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and/or services. We accept applications on an ongoing basis. About the Role

As a remote Technical Support / Customer Service Representative, you will:

  1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
  2. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  4. Be an excellent problem-solver
  5. Maintain broad knowledge of client products/services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables; familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS is preferred
  6. Offer additional products/services
  7. Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong focus on building customer relationships
  • Ability to work evening or overnight shifts
  • Technical support experience (preferred)
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A quiet, distraction-free home environment
  • Proficiency in multitasking and learning new technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and computer navigation skills
  • A desktop or laptop with high-speed internet (no hotspots or satellite)
  • A smartphone
