Technical Support / Customer Service Representative - Remote (Night Shift)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
  • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, such as smartphones and tablets
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences while offering additional products and services

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Technical support experience
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
  • A desktop or laptop for completing PC and internet testing
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
