Job Description

The Technical Support / Customer Service Representative - Remote (Night Shift) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and/or services. We accept applications on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities

  1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide.
  2. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products.
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
  4. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS is preferred.
  5. Offer additional products and/or services.
  6. Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

  • Strong focus on building customer relationships.
  • At least 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • Ability to work evening or overnight shifts.
  • Technical support experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Quiet, distraction-free home environment.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and learning new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and computer navigation skills.
  • Own a desktop or laptop with high-speed internet and a smartphone.
