Job Description
The Technical Support / Customer Service Representative - Remote (Night Shift) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and/or services. We accept applications on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide.
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products.
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS is preferred.
- Offer additional products and/or services.
- Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on building customer relationships.
- At least 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Ability to work evening or overnight shifts.
- Technical support experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Quiet, distraction-free home environment.
- Proficiency in multitasking and learning new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and computer navigation skills.
- Own a desktop or laptop with high-speed internet and a smartphone.
