What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, such as smartphones and tablets
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a focus on problem-solving
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong focus on building customer relationships
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
