What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
  2. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  4. Maintain knowledge of client products and services, such as smartphones and computers
  5. Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 1+ year of customer service experience
  2. Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
  3. High school diploma or GED
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies
  5. Quiet, distraction-free environment at home for remote work

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Technical support experience
  2. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  3. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
  4. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  5. Ability to build strong customer relationships
