Technical Support / Customer Service Representative - Remote (Night Shift)

Pay: Competitive

Location: Charlottetown/Prince Edward Island

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
  2. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  4. Offer additional products and/or services to customers
  5. Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  2. Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
  3. High school diploma or GED
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to ask probing questions
  5. Proficiency in fast-paced multitasking and strong computer navigation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Technical support experience
  2. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
  3. A quiet, distraction-free environment for remote work
