Job Description

The Technical Support / Customer Service Representative - Remote (Night Shift) works from home, handling inbound/outbound calls and internet inquiries to provide customer service support and resolve routine issues related to clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide inbound customer support following a call flow guide.
  2. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products.
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
  4. Maintain broad knowledge of client products/services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS is preferred.
  5. Offer additional products/services and deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

  • Strong focus on building customer relationships.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Technical support experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Quiet, distraction-free home environment.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and learning new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and computer navigation skills.
  • Own a desktop or laptop with high-speed internet (no hotspots or satellite). A work computer may be provided.
  • Smartphone.
