JOB DESCRIPTION

The Technical Support / Customer Service Representative - Remote (Night Shift) works from home, interfacing with customers via inbound/outbound calls and the Internet. This role involves providing customer service support and resolving routine problems related to clients' products and services. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and military veterans are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide inbound customer support following call flow guides.
  2. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products.
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
  4. Maintain broad knowledge of client products/services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS is preferred.
  5. Offer additional products/services and deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

  • Strong focus on building customer relationships.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Technical support experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Quiet, distraction-free home environment.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and computer navigation abilities.
  • Own a desktop/laptop, high-speed internet, and a smartphone.
