What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while offering additional products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions
- Open availability and ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical support experience
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- A desktop or laptop for testing, with high-speed internet access
