Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to investigate, troubleshoot and coordinate the resolution of application issues for internal and external users. You will work with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, understand business needs and improve system performance and user experience.

Qualifications

Must have working knowledge of SQL and debugging skills.
Ability to analyse data and produce meaningful reports.
Understanding of incident management and support processes.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve application issues for internal and external users.
Manage support incidents and service requests with timely communication and resolution.
Partner with clients to understand requirements and propose solutions.
Document requirements, project plans and application enhancements.
Ensure updates follow established incident management processes.
Identify opportunities to improve applications, workflows and user experiences.
Analyse data and prepare reports for clients and business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
Provide ongoing support, training and guidance to users.
