Salary: $45,000 + $5,000 + weekly commissions + performance bonuses (quarterly and yearly) + cell phone allowance. This position is 100% onsite, Monday-Friday, in Mississauga.

Qualifications

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with 3+ years of professional experience, or 4+ years in a customer-facing role
  • Enthusiasm for networking and building relationships with high ethical standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively and relate comfortably with diverse groups
  • Desire to thrive in a commission-based, performance-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a focus on understanding others’ perspectives
  • Eagerness to learn and experiment to find optimal solutions

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

This role begins with comprehensive hands-on training as a Recruiter Trainee, working with an Onboarding Coach to learn recruiting fundamentals. After training, you will progress to a Recruiter role with responsibilities including:

  • Recruitting top IT consultants and managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring an excellent experience
  • Building relationships with consultants, providing career coaching on market trends, labor rates, resumes, interviews, and skills
  • Developing sourcing strategies using various tools, including AI, to identify the best talent
  • Using AI insights for data-driven recruitment decisions
  • Advising account managers and clients on skills, labor costs, locations, and timelines
  • Negotiating compensation packages to attract candidates
  • Demonstrating expertise in specific skills, industries, or roles
