Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking a Technical Specialist, Program Management to oversee multi-disciplinary teams in developing and delivering centralized coordination for capital construction, operations, maintenance and environmental programs. You will manage program life cycles, data quality, and reporting across service lines, while coordinating with Client-Partners on status, risks and process improvements.

We have an exciting opportunity in the National Service Region (NSR)!

The Technical Specialist, Program Management, oversees multi-disciplinary work to develop, maintain and deliver centralized coordination functions in support of capital construction, operations and maintenance and/or environmental programs. The incumbent acts as a technical specialist for Client-Partners, providing support in the areas of joint program management, information management, and communications management. The incumbent works with multiple service lines to support program delivery and provides advice to Client-Partners on program delivery.

KEY AND PERIODIC ACTIVITIES

The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative but not all-inclusive:

Primary

• Support the development and management of new programs and existing programs in conjunction with Client-Partner
• Provide program life cycle management and ensure programs are aligned with Client-Partner strategy and stakeholder requirements
• Analyze and manage detailed program information and data, including the design, maintenance and quality assurance of centralized trackers, registers and reporting tools used across service lines
• Support communications with Client-Partners, and DCC management and employees on program status and issues
• Coordinate and facilitate cross-service-line working sessions to define, validate and implement common program processes and reporting requirements
• Maintain and report on program metric and operating results Develop and maintain effective relationships within DCC, and with industry, the Client-Partners and/or stakeholders
• Ensure quality standards are met, in line with corporate and Client-Partner expectations
• Manage risk

Other

• Prepare monthly status reports
• Develop new capabilities for DCC
• Support the development of new DCC approaches, policies, and processes for consideration by DCC management, including the associated procedures, user documentation, and training material
• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Certification(s) and Experience

• Minimum: college diploma in engineering, architecture or related field with five years' relevant experience, or the equivalent

• Use applicable computer software and operating systems, including collaboration, workflow, and data visualization platforms, to develop and maintain program tracking and reporting tools
• Apply program and risk management techniques

DEVELOPMENT AND LEADERSHIP

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Typical office environment with routine travel
• Some work may be located on construction sites; incumbent may occasionally be required to wear basic safety equipment
