Job description

We are seeking a Technical Specialist who will report to the Engineering Business Process Manager to assist in setting the stage for upcoming innovations. In this role, you'll have a major impact on supporting teams in their development of new products. You will be at the forefront of applying the necessary improvements and transformations to maintain efficiency and support the company's growth.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
  1. Assist users of engineering tools who face challenges in performing their work or need training.
  2. Contribute to defining new processes and new ways of doing things, especially during brainstorming sessions, using your field expertise.
  3. Identify the activities impacted by the implementation of a new tool and participate in its validation.
  4. Supervise teams during the deployment of transformational elements (tools or processes) to ensure that deliverables maintain high quality while they are adapted.
  5. Stay informed about best practices and new trends in the industry.
