Technical Solutions Specialist

Triware Technologies is looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. The Technical Solutions Specialist plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and customer needs. Working closely with the sales and service teams, they provide technical expertise and assist in designing solutions to align with client requirements.

What You Will do:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and design customized IT solutions.
• Recommend hardware, software, and cloud solutions from our vendor partners, ensuring alignment with customer goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and end user solutions.
• Review new and existing client technical environments and make recommendations based on IT best practices.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of proposed solutions.
• Assist in developing proposals, solution roadmaps, and cost estimates for IT projects.
• Coordinate technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients.
• Stay up to date on emerging technologies, industry trends, and vendor offerings to provide cutting-edge solutions.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in solutions design or as a Technical Consultant within the IT industry.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, networking, and security solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of how good technology planning will affect business outcomes.
• Ability to quickly match our technology solutions to customer challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Manage multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Capable of thinking critically, making decisions and using an analytical approach to resolve problems.
