They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing complex technical solutions, particularly focusing on integration with major Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).

This role demands a comprehensive understanding of both backend and frontend development, as well as experience in managing gateway work packages in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment. Also Enterprise Solution Architecture experience, knowledge of Product development cycles, with awareness of Ruby, Ruby on Rails, REACT, Node.js, ReactNative, GraphQL, SSO development technologies is crucial for success in this position.

The Technical Solution Architect will be reporting to the Chief Information Officer.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions that integrate seamlessly with major HRIS platforms, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Break down complex projects into manageable work packages, focusing on backend, frontend, and gateway components within a SaaS framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture, select appropriate technologies, and develop robust integration strategies.
• Document Design documents representing the customer requirement’s solutioning during Design phases with customers.
• Understands & explains data models, data mapping and data migration approaches.
• Guide clients on SSO & Authentication flow designs.
• Lead the development and deployment of applications leveraging the development teams (Ruby, Ruby on Rails, REACT, Node.js, ReactNative, and GraphQL) adhering to best practices in coding, security, and design.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of all integration schemes and applications to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in software development, particularly those relevant to HRIS integration and SaaS solutions.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, in both French and English.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a solution architect role, with a proven track record of successful HRIS integration projects.
• End to End SaaS project lifecycle experience (from initiation to implementation)
• Experienced in Development methodologies & development life cycles
• Experience with backend, frontend, or gateway development in a SaaS environment.
• Awareness of Ruby, Ruby on Rails, REACT, Node.js, ReactNative, and GraphQL development technologies, as well as SSO & Authentication flow designs.
• High Proficiency in French and English is mandatory (verbal and in writing).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders, from both technical to executive levels
