Technical Services Specialist – Neuro (Weekend Live Support)Location: Fully Remote
Hours: (one) 12 hour weekend shift + 2 weekday shifts (Monday/Tuesday or Thursday/Friday)
Shift one: Saturday: 6:30am-6:30pm Eastern
Shift two: Saturday, 6:30pm- Sunday, 6:30am Eastern
Note: employee will provide back-up coverage for the other shift

What You’ll DoAs a Technical Services Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Natus neuro products by providing expert technical assistance to customers and employees. This role includes on-demand weekend support, ensuring that our customers receive top-tier service whenever they need it. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing Technical Support – Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues for customers and field personnel.
- Database & Documentation Management – Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and ensure compliance with FDA regulations.
- Collaboration & Problem-Solving – Work closely with Sales, Field Teams, Manufacturing, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to Quality Improvement initiatives.
What You’ll BringWe are looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused professional with the following qualifications:
Education & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 2-4 years of experience in technical support.
- Experience in call centers, CRM systems (Salesforce, Siebel), and troubleshooting medical devices is a plus.
Technical Skills:- Strong networking knowledge (UDP, TCP/IP, Ethernet, HTTP).
- Experience with Windows OS, Windows Server, SQL Server, and Citrix.
- Cloud technology experience is highly valued.
- EEG/Sleep, EMG/IOM clinical knowledge is an asset.
Soft Skills & Certifications:- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must be dependable and able to commit to the weekend schedule.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a team environment.
- Certifications such as Network+, A+, MCSE are an asset.
