Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Creating PAPAS based on established guidelines.
• Serving as the point of contact for PAPAS and related information.
• Collaborating with Marketing & Product Development teams to ensure products meet 'critical to quality' standards.
• Recording accurate product and packaging information.
• Maintaining activity trackers.
• Coordinating with Supply Chain to request products from plants / warehouses.
• Updating documents, including SOPs, to reflect changes.
• Communicating with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality Assurance, and Marketing.

The Recipe For Success

• College or university degree.
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP, GFSI (BRC, SQF), and Food Allergens.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and follow up.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good English language skills—written and spoken.
• Comfortable working on the plant floor and on a laptop.
• Detail-oriented and committed to document accuracy.
• Must have a vehicle for commuting between facilities.
• Basic photo editing skills.
