Our client, a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Manufacturer, is looking for a motivated Technical Service Specialistto join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and performing training for various HVAC product lines and ownership of internal and external relationships with distributors and engineering personnel.
• General functions for the management and resolution of commercial service issues with channel partners. (contractors, distributors, engineers and end-users]
• Reviewing, testing and assisting in the process or warranty and product guidelines and testing of products.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of HVAC field experience
• Experience in a manufacturer setting
• ODP and Refrigeration license.
• Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
