What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to technical questions from internal and external customers via various communication channels
- Troubleshoot and diagnose individual cases to provide repair support and determine warranty eligibility
- Record case details and actions taken in the Customer Relations Management System (CRM)
- Assist dealers with warranty processing and analyze questionable component failures
- Provide general customer service functions such as order placement and parts look-up
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum high school graduate or GED
- Bilingual in French and English
- 1-3 years of engine or mechanical experience
- Familiarity with electronic parts lookup systems and technical information environments
- Exceptional oral and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in Outdoor Power Equipment service support
- 2-year Technical Vocational degree in engine technologies or related fields
- Contact Center experience
