The ServiceNow Technical Lead will have responsibilities in building and executing ServiceNow strategy for Interac’s enterprise, through the compliance to processes, procedures, and policies, aligned with ITIL framework and ITSM standards. This role will administer, manage and carry out all aspects of the ServiceNow platform architecture roadmap and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
