Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Technical SEO Specialist to own search for B2B and growing-brand clients, shaping the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking story on demand.

You will manage crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, on-page optimization, and reporting in GA4 and Search Console, working with writers and AI across multiple clients from Canada, the USA, or international locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SEO experience.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing the drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.

What You Bring
