About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented, and technical Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team, working out of our office in Berlin or Montreal (4+ days/week). You will play an integral role in driving the development and delivery of our revolutionary set of AI tools. As part of our small product team, you will work directly with our leadership team on product definition and prioritization, while coordinating the work of multiple engineering teams.

This position involves participating in the entire lifecycle of product development for our platform, from conception to deployment. The pace and quality of our deployments are the ultimate measures of your success. In this role you will

Get things built

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of complex software projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure our engineers can do their best work by providing context, clarity, and support
• Identify and resolve technical issues and potential roadblocks proactively

Figure Out What To Build

• Scope projects in collaboration with our customer-facing team
• Translate user requirements into feasible technical solutions
• Write high-quality and concise PRDs
• Help accelerate the delivery of value to our customers through your actions

About you

Nous recherchons un(e) chef(e) de produit senior enthousiaste, talentueux, et technique pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique, travaillant dans nos bureaux de Berlin ou Montréal (4+ jours/semaine). En vous joignant à nous, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception et la livraison de nos outils d'IA innovants. Vous travaillerez au sein de notre petite équipe de produits, en coordonnant le travail de plusieurs équipes d'ingénierie et en collaborant étroitement avec la direction pour élaborer la feuille de route produit.

Vous participerez au cycle de vie complet de nos produits, de leur conception à leur lancement, en étant responsable du rythme et de la qualité des déploiements, qui seront la mesure de votre succès. Tâches
Conception active

• Gérer et coordonner la réalisation de projets logiciels complexes dans un environnement dynamique
• Fournir à nos ingénieurs le contexte, la clarté et le soutien nécessaires pour libérer leur potentiel
• Identifier et résoudre proactivement les problèmes techniques

Définition des projets

• Piloter des projets avec notre équipe de service à la clientèle
• Transformer les exigences client en solutions techniques concrètes
• Rédiger des fiches techniques précises et de qualité
• Contribuer à augmenter la cadence de livraison de produits de qualité

Profil recherché
Ce poste vous convient si vous avez les compétences suivantes :

• Grande volonté d'agir
• Facilité à communiquer dans des contextes techniques et commerciaux
• Au moins deux ans d'expérience en gestion de produit technique, dans un environnement dynamique et en croissance
• Expérience en développement logiciel, analyse de données, apprentissage automatique, intelligence artificielle ou grands modèles de langage
• Savoir-faire en conception de logiciels innovants, de la création au lancement et au-delà
• Envie de travailler dans un environnement dynamique où l'incertitude est une opportunité
