What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute local sales plans to maintain and develop existing and new customers for the BONDERITE brand
- Manage customer roadmap and close growth opportunities using CRM tools
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors
- Coordinate with application engineering to conduct line trials and resolve customer requests and complaints
- Deliver organic sales growth and margin percentage in the assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant technical sales, strategic account responsibility, or laboratory/manufacturing experience
- Ability to travel regionally, up to 60%
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Strong self-starter willing to continue learning while developing the pipeline and maintaining existing customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in and around manufacturing facilities
- Skills in crisis handling, customer research, and networking/social selling
- Proficiency in objection handling and proposal generation
- Experience in sales call planning and territory/portfolio management
- Familiarity with digital sales fluency and value selling
