Job Description

Tremco Construction Products Group brings together Tremco CPG Inc.’s divisions and brands, operating multiple facilities and employing over 2,700 people across North America.

General Purpose Of The Job

Achieve or exceed sales, margin, and product mix objectives by managing key accounts and developing new business within the South Western Ontario territory, supporting regions including Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Manage existing accounts and develop new opportunities.
  • Drive product specifications and project opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships through industry knowledge and marketplace understanding.
  • Prepare and implement strategic business plans and forecasts.
  • Follow standard sales processes to identify prospects, close deals, and manage customer relationships.
  • Create technical collateral, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate product knowledge training with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize technology for lead generation, account management, and reporting.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and maintain extensive product knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and uphold a professional image.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management with 2-3 years of industry experience, or
  • High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience.

Experience

  • Minimum two years related experience or training.
  • Construction knowledge (waterproofing, air barriers, facades, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of product chemistries.

Other Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to travel within the territory.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
  • Ability to build relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

Benefits And Compensation

Salary ranges from $82,000 to $106,600 annually, plus incentives. Tremco offers comprehensive benefits including health and dental insurance, paid holidays, retirement plans, bonuses, and wellness subsidies.
