Your new role will be:

As our newest Technical Sales Representative – CTS Division, you will grow the Compressor Technique Service (CTS) business by building and maintaining strong relationships with your assigned customer base in British Columbia. You will work both independently and collaboratively with your Sales Manager, local service technicians, and the service department to meet sales targets.

This position is based in Kamloops and requires frequent travel across BC for customer visits and prospecting activities.

The main activities you’ll take care of:

  • Promoting sales of compressor service and maintenance packages within your territory through prospecting activities.
  • Building and strengthening customer relationships through on-site visits and virtual meetings.
  • Responding promptly to customer requests and providing suitable solutions.
  • Managing your territory by maintaining regular contact to improve relations, ensure customer satisfaction, and prevent escalations.
  • Maintaining and reporting sales activities within the CRM System (C4C) and providing market feedback.
  • Collaborating with the operations team to meet customer expectations and project requirements.
  • Continuously developing your skills through training and updating product knowledge.

To succeed, you will need:

  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Motivation to grow business in your sales territory.
  • At least 5 years of outside/field sales experience in a related field.
  • Experience in prospecting, cold calling, and sales presentations.
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems to track sales activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract.
