We are looking for an experienced and versatile Technical Sales Lead to join our team in a strategic technical and solution advisory role. This position supports a team of Account Executives and focuses on strategically developing buying accounts. You’ll be a jack-of-all-trades with a specialty in datacenter infrastructure, and hybrid IT solutions, including hardware, software, and cloud integrations.

What your day looks like:

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Technical Sales Lead to join our team in a strategic technical and solution advisory role. This position supports a team of Account Executives and focuses on strategically developing buying accounts. You’ll be a jack-of-all-trades with a specialty in datacenter infrastructure, and hybrid IT solutions, including hardware, software, and cloud integrations.

What your day looks like:
  • Engage with C-level clients to align IT solutions with strategic business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on leading manufacturers like Lenovo, HPE, Dell, Cisco, Fortinet, Scale computing, Nutanix, etc
  • Design tailored solutions leveraging our full portfolio.
  • Partner with sales reps and vendors to grow pipeline and close deals.
  • Stay current on certifications and product updates through vendor relationships
  • Develop lasting partner relationships through event & customer visits (Some travel is required)
  • Provide product training and support to internal teams.
  • Maintain CRM systems and support sales operations.
  • Demonstrate leadership potential with opportunities for long-term growth.
What you bring
  • 8+ years of technical pre-sales experience in a reseller or similar industry.
  • Deep understanding of datacenter infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Able to break down technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with technologies and certifications from HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Fortinet, etc.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, results-driven sales culture.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and commitment to continuous professional development and certifications.
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Passion for technology, with a “hungry to grow” mindset and ability to thrive in a cross-functional team.
  • Experience in client education, including workshops, webinars, and knowledge sessions.
  • Experience networking and collaborating with multiple vendors in complex, multi-solution sales environments.
Compensation:

Salary 90,000-115,000K

+ Performance Compensation based on Monthly attainment (uncapped)

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Chef d’équipe technique en ventes expérimenté(e) et polyvalent(e) pour se joindre à notre équipe dans un rôle stratégique de conseil technique et de solutions. Ce poste soutient une équipe de directeurs de comptes et se concentre sur le développement stratégique des comptes clients. Vous serez un véritable touche-à-tout spécialisé en infrastructure de centre de données et en solutions TI hybrides, incluant matériel, logiciels et intégrations infonuagiques.

À quoi ressemble une journée typique:
  • Collaborer avec des clients de niveau exécutif (C-level) pour aligner les solutions TI aux objectifs d’affaires.
  • Agir à titre de conseiller de confiance pour des fabricants de renom comme Lenovo, HPE, Dell, Cisco, Fortinet, Scale Computing, Nutanix, etc.
  • Concevoir des solutions sur mesure en tirant parti de notre portefeuille complet.
  • Travailler en partenariat avec les représentants commerciaux et les fournisseurs pour développer le pipeline et conclure des ventes.
  • Rester à jour sur les certifications et nouveautés produits grâce à vos relations avec les fabricants.
  • Développer des relations durables avec nos partenaires à travers des événements et des visites clients (des déplacements sont à prévoir).
  • Offrir de la formation produit et un soutien aux équipes internes.
  • Maintenir à jour les systèmes CRM et soutenir les opérations de vente.
  • Faire preuve de leadership et saisir les opportunités de croissance à long terme.
Ce que vous apportez:
  • 8+ années d’expérience en prévente technique dans une entreprise de revente ou une industrie similaire.
  • Compréhension approfondie de l’infrastructure de centres de données : calcul, stockage, réseau et sécurité.
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication : capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques pour des publics techniques et non techniques.
  • Connaissance des technologies et certifications des fabricants tels que HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Fortinet, etc.
  • Esprit stratégique, autonome, à l’aise dans un environnement de vente rapide et axé sur les résultats.
  • Volonté constante d’apprendre et d’évoluer professionnellement, y compris par l’obtention de certifications continues.
Atouts supplémentaires:
  • Passion pour la technologie avec un fort désir de croissance professionnelle et aptitude à collaborer dans une équipe multidisciplinaire.
  • Expérience en formation client : ateliers, webinaires, séances de partage de connaissances.
  • Habileté à naviguer des environnements de vente complexes impliquant plusieurs fournisseurs et solutions.
Rémunération:
  • Salaire de base : 90 000 $ à 115 000 $
  • + rémunération à la performance mensuelle (non plafonnée)
