Position Overview : As an Outside Sales Engineer with EMT Engineering Sales, you will play a crucial role in supporting existing and new customers with product selection, offering logistical and engineering support, and diligently following up on qualified leads. This role requires an energetic, highly motivated individual with a keen sense of urgency and propriety. We value teamwork and are seeking a detailed, forward-thinking team player with superior analytical skills, both verbal and written. Our prime contacts are Electrical and Mechanical Design Engineers at our target OEM customers. We work towards getting our manufacturers’ components specified during the design of the new product platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute territory plan for overall sales growth
• Plan and execute customer visits (face-to-face sales calls)
• Plan joint calls with our factory personnel
• Travel to our manufacturing locations as required
• Attend trade shows as needed

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 5 years of proven and successful sales experience

Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Team player with a forward-thinking mindset

Self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment
