CoolIT, an Ecolab Company, a leader in Direct Liquid Cooling, seeks a trusted customer-facing expert to drive growth across data center markets. You will support new customers and NPI programs, showcasing in-depth product knowledge through reports and 3D CAD renders while balancing technical and commercial risk.

You will travel internationally 20%+ and build strong customer relationships as the go-to resource for liquid-cooling program planning, expanding product adoption across CDUs, rack

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 5+ years in mechanical/electrical engineering, applications engineering, technical sales, or product development.
• Experience in HVAC or data center thermal technologies (preferred).
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth across all datacenter liquid cooling markets (hyperscale, colocation, OEMs).
• Secure NPI opportunities with deep product knowledge via reports and presentations (3D CAD renders, simulations).
• Guide customers through early-stage product planning with balanced technical/commercial risk.
• Build relationships, becoming the go-to resource for liquid-cooling program planning.
• Expand adoption across CDU, rack manifolds, coldplate loops, and software solutions.
• Stay updated on liquid cooling codes, standards and trends; provide market feedback to the product team.
• Represent CoolIT as a liquid cooling expert in industry groups (Open19, OCP, ASHRAE TC9.9).

What You Will Do

• - Stay up to date on liquid cooling industry codes, standards, and trends.
• - Provide feedback tointernalproduct team on market and feature requirements.
• - RepresentCoolITas a liquid cooling expert in key industry groups such as Open19, OCP, and ASHRAE TC9.9.

Position Details

• - 20% or more international travel.

Minimum Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• - 5+years experienceinmechanical engineering, electrical engineering, applicationsengineering, technical sales, orproduct development.

• - 5+years experienceinHVAC ordata center thermal technologies.
• - Passionate aboutnew technologies.
