Roofr Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to lead recruitment for critical technical roles. This position entails sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment process, and engaging with hiring managers to fill key positions. The ideal applicant will bring extensive experience in technical recruiting, especially for high-level engineering roles, to a dynamic startup environment, contributing to its growth and success.

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process for critical technical roles within the company. This includes passively sourcing top talent, managing relationships with candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill key positions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully filling high-level engineering and technical positions.
This is a 3 month contract with the possibility for extension.
