We are looking for a key contributor to our team. Join Summit Air in Yellowknife, NT today!

  • Update the computer-based tracking system
  • Ensure parts with serial numbers are tracked in the database (RAAS), recorded, filed, and stored properly for future reference
  • Cross-reference updated weekly hours for maintenance forecasts
  • Produce reports for the maintenance office, Production Manager, and Director of Maintenance
  • Update printouts of aircraft Technical Logbooks and binders
  • Process completed job cards, including installs, removals, and resets for parts and inspections
  • Review incoming documents from sub-bases, process, and file them

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar administrative or accounting role
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
