Job summary

Insight Pest Solutions in Lethbridge, AB, is hiring Junior Technicians. Full-time, permanent, approximately 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities. You will work outdoors, identify pest issues, apply treatments, and build trust with homeowners.

Must hold a Structural Exterminator License, have a valid Class 5 license, and be 21+. Competitive pay and a company vehicle are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position: Licensed Junior Technician

The Role: Your Mission

You’ll be the hero homeowners call when unwanted guests show up uninvited. Think problem solver, detective, and customer‑favorite all rolled into one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Inspect homes inside and out to identify pests, entry points, and infestations
• Diagnose pest issues and apply effective treatments
• Complete service reports for work performed and products used
• Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions
• Educate homeowners and recommend solutions to prevent future pest issues
• Build strong relationships with customers while representing Insight professionall
