Insight Pest Solutions is seeking a Junior Technician in Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon, QC. You will inspect homes, diagnose pest issues, apply treatments, complete service reports, and educate homeowners while representing the company professionally.

This full-time, permanent role offers outdoor work, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth as you build a long-term career in pest control. Training and licensing support provided.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable with strong communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs of equipment.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Pesticide Applicator License training provided.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes inside and out to identify pests, entry points, and infestations.

The Role: Your Mission

You’ll be the hero homeowners call when unwanted guests show up uninvited. Think problem solver, detective, and customer‑favorite all rolled into one.

Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs of equipment
• Comfortable working in different environments (crawl spaces, damp or dusty spots)
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good people skills
• We will help you obtain a Pesticide Applicator License (we will provide you training material, help you study, and apply for the exam)
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Desire to learn, grow, and be part of a solid team
• Interest in pest control or learning a skilled trade

Prior to servicing customers in the field, successful candidates must complete their licensing exam and required training.
