We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Ottawa.

  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery aligned with contractual obligations or internal objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, covering scope, schedule, critical paths, and resource allocation.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers during program development.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, senior management, and engineering teams to ensure budget, timelines, and requirements are met.
  • Prepare project management bids and coordinate inputs from engineering.
  • Support scheduling, cost estimation, and performance tracking (e.g., earned value metrics).
  • Recommend staffing or schedule adjustments based on performance.
  • Lead or support proposal efforts for new opportunities.
  • Work closely with product managers, finance, quality teams, and subcontractors.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.

What do we need from you? / Profil recherché

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Engineering, or a related field; Military experience or equivalent.
  • Experience in an electro-mechanical engineering product environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 : 2000 and / or AS9100 standards.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive projects forward.
  • Willingness to travel 10-15%.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is required for this role.
