As the Technical Project Manager, Corporate Systems team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering technology projects within the CTO organization. These include initiatives such as data center migrations, and technical integrations resulting from corporate acquisitions and enterprise software deployments.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver multiple corporate systems projects in alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Oversee system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations related to corporate technology platforms.
  • Support technical integration efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and related corporate initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to meet project goals, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, proactively identifying risks and establishing mitigation measures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage change control processes and maintain thorough project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with information security, privacy, and relevant regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated project management experience in enterprise IT systems or corporate technology environments.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a track record of driving results in dynamic situations.
  • Experience with enterprise software implementations, system migrations, and post-acquisition technology integrations.
  • Familiarity with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Commitment to upholding security, privacy, and compliance standards in all project work.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Google Workspace demonstrating proficiency in cloud-based collaboration and document management.
  • Familiarity with modern corporate IT environments, including data center operations, virtual infrastructure, and enterprise tooling.
  • Prior exposure to project coordination using tools such as JIRA, Slack, or other workflow management platforms.
  • Understanding of information security and privacy best practices within corporate ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (such as AWS) and automation solutions (Terraform, Ansible) as they relate to supporting the corporate IT landscape.
