Responsibilities

Reporting to the CTO, the Technical Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Planning, managing, and executing technology projects, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborating with software engineers, architects, DevOps, product managers, and QA to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Facilitating agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives; managing project risks and driving continuous improvement.
  • Owning and evolving project plans, timelines, and resource tracking tools to ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment.
  • Implementing change management practices for smooth adoption of new tools, systems, or processes.
  • Reporting key project metrics, such as progress, resource use, risks, and blockers to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Supporting the rollout of new platforms, tools, and operational capabilities within the technology ecosystem.
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies
  • 4+ years of experience in technical project management within software, IT, or tech organizations.
  • Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple dependencies.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate and influence at all levels, including engineers, product leaders, and executives.
  • Technical fluency to engage effectively with engineering teams (e.g., APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps, software lifecycle).
  • Experience tracking and visualizing metrics, KPIs, and delivery health using tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar.
  • Comfort working across distributed teams and time zones.
