Job description

Silk & Snow is seeking an organized, driven, and versatile Technical Project Manager who will play a critical role in enabling key growth initiatives for the brand and directly impact the business through contribution to technical direction and execution. Our ideal candidate can guide end-to-end implementation projects and scale the project management function at Silk & Snow. This role is for someone who thrives in creating structure from ambiguity, creating clarity, and driving efficiencies across multiple cross-functional teams.

What you'll do :

Reporting to the Director of Program Management, the Technical Project Manager will support Silk & Snow's pipeline of implementation projects. You will work on the PMO team in a multi-faceted role and be responsible for delivering on the PMO's project pipeline.

Responsibilities include :

  • Lead planning and delivery of key business and technology initiatives across IT, Product, Retail, Development, Marketing, Operations, and Sales.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and shifting priorities, driving alignment and clarity.
  • Influence, interact, and collaborate with various stakeholder groups; prepare and present technical reports and project presentations.
  • Build relationships and maintain trust with project sponsors, senior leadership, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenges during implementation and planning.
  • Identify dependencies, coordinate with teams, and mitigate risks to maintain schedules.
  • Develop project plans, scoping documents, and other resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Employ change control processes and governance to maintain scope, quality, and timelines.
  • Maintain clear project reporting on schedule, scope, risks, and budget.
  • Assist in developing and delivering best-in-class project management practices organization-wide.
  • Facilitate effective meetings, status updates, and issue resolution with clear objectives and actions.

Required Qualifications :

  • 4-6 years of project management experience leading medium to large-scale technology transformation, engineering, or IT projects.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with progressive responsibilities.
  • Experience managing stakeholders across multiple organizations, escalating risks as needed.
  • Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand and summarize complex processes efficiently.
  • High team orientation, capable of leading and supporting roles.
  • Organized with attention to detail, adaptable to change, and able to prioritize.
  • Creative, quick thinker and problem solver.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
  • Model operational excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Experience in Retail, eCommerce, and warehouse management systems.
  • Experience in technical or IT implementations.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
