On behalf of our client, Affinity is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead a high-impact digital transformation initiative across a global retail and consumer goods organization. This role will be pivotal in delivering Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and a Digital Product Passport (DPP) program across international business units.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead PLM and DPP program delivery across multiple global teams and business units.
  • Conduct GAP analysis and guide teams through the design of future-state workflows aligned to business and technical goals.
  • Oversee configuration of data models, templates, and sourcing logic for BOMs, costing, compliance, and product integrity.
  • Ensure alignment of product data with ESG, traceability, and Digital Product Passport (DPP) frameworks.
  • Partner with IT and business leads to integrate PLM with ERP / WMS systems and ensure data governance best practices.
  • Champion PLM as the single source of product truth, facilitating workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Drive Agile delivery, optimize workflows, and support UI configuration where needed.

  • Collaborate with internal business teams and external vendors to align goals and manage risks.
  • Lead with confidence, facilitating clear decisions and maintaining momentum across projects.
  • Communicate effectively across organizational levels—from technical teams to executive stakeholders.
  • Bring strong influencing skills to align priorities and promote change adoption within the organization.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in global retail or consumer goods sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end PLM or Digital Passport implementations.
  • Familiarity with organizational structures and project governance in large-scale environments.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
